During their very first consultation, Pavi and Joe shared their vision for their wedding day with me: “a fun day with family and friends, warm and casual, capturing the mood and vibe of everyone having a good time.” With a guest list comprising mostly friends, except for their immediate family, their wish was clear.
From the moment I arrived at Arrow Park, the entire day flowed naturally. Nothing felt forced or staged, embodying the relaxed atmosphere they desired. Arrow Park’s staff set up for the garden ceremony alongside was Samantha from Forever and a Day Coordination making sure every little detail was on point. As we wrapped up Pavi and Joe’s first look, their friends started to arrive, their colorful outfits popping against the lush greens and browns of Arrow Park.
Just as the ceremony was about to start, I felt a raindrop—uh-oh! However, the rain only made a brief appearance at the beginning of the ceremony, creating a beautifully vibrant and peaceful setting without drenching anyone or cutting the ceremony short. Pavi and Joe’s wedding at Arrow Park turned out perfect, with nature itself seeming to bless the occasion.
Following the ceremony, the cocktail hour took place in the main mansion at Arrow Park. Guests mingled and caught up with each other, enjoying the cozy atmosphere. Soon, everyone moved to the “beach,” following a picturesque path through the trees. As I approached the beach, the delicious aroma of grilled vegetables and meat filled the air, courtesy of Chef from Love and Rosemary.
Under a tent on the beach, Pavi, Joe, and their guests enjoyed fantastic music provided by Mod Society. Despite the rain pouring down later in the evening, the celebration continued with even more enthusiasm. The rain, mixed with great music and joyful spirits, made for a magical end to Pavi and Joe’s amazing wedding at Arrow Park. It was a day filled with warmth, laughter, and unforgettable moments, truly capturing the essence of their vision.
