The Farm at Glenwood Mountain, NJ Wedding | Becca + Dan

I am back at one of my favorite wedding venue in NJ, The Farm at Glenwood Mountain in Sussex, NJ documenting Becca & Dan’s October wedding. I purposely arrive bit early to walk around the field to watch the Highland Cows at The Farm. They are fluffy with big head and just so adorable. I took too many photos of the fluffy Highland Cows and too many moo sounds against the fence.

Now that I’ve gotten my dose of the Highland Cows, Becca and Dan received my full attention. After Becca and Dan’s first look on the field next to the grazing Highland Cows, their pup Dash, who is not too young anymore joined us for some portraits and to attend the wedding ceremony.

On my way up the hill to the ceremony spot, saw a baby Highland Cow grazing standing close to the fence and of course I stopped to snap few more photos. Felt it getting little more colder and windier up on the hill but wow it was so beautiful! Surrounded by nature move, I saw guests arrive on a yellow school bus and soon Becca and Dan’s wedding ceremony on top of the hill at The Farm at Glenwood Mountain began and ended beautifully. Becca warped in Serape blanket looked happy & very cold at the same time. Soon we all made our way into the gorgeous spacious barn here at The Farm at Glenwood Mountain.

Night was fun, wild and full of love. Then all came back outside made themselves cozy around the barn fire, Becca and Dan sharing a Serape Blanket.

Talking about climate change (global warming) we've been having weirdly warm almost hot Fall. So we were hoping so another warm day for Becca and Dan's wedding on October 8, 2022 but unfortunately non of us were that lucky and it was pretty chilly. Especially at The Farm at Glenwood Mountain NJ which is pretty Northern NJ it felt or was colder, windier and just chillier. Thankfully I brought the right jacket for the chilly wind on the top of Glenwood Mountain but OMG I felt so bad for my bride Becca only wearing her lace wedding dress standing outside on top of Glenwood Mountain during the wedding ceremony. But before I talk about the wedding ceremony let's start from Becca and Dan's wedding prep which took place onsite at The Farm at Glenwood Mountain in Sussex NJ. Becca got ready cozy in the bridal suit when Dan just got ready by the Barn at The Farm at Glenwood Mountain and we went straight into Becca and Dan's first look next to the Highland Cows! Cutest fluffy Highland Cows were all out by the field and chilled while we took some wedding portraits of Becca and Dan. One of the many reasons "I LOVE" this wedding venue "The Farm at Glenwood Mountain" is because of these adorable Fluffy Cows called Highland Cows! I can stare at the all day long and take photo of them all day long. After Becca and Dan's first look, wedding portraits and family photos were done I walked up to the hill to Becca and Dan's outdoor ceremony area on top of the hill at The Farm at Glenwood Mountain and along the way I saw more cute baby Highland Cows to photograph and stare and wave hello. Watched guests arrive in a Yellow School bus in any rustic Farm wedding style and was them walk up the hill. Following the path, the fence with The Barn at their backdrop. Sun was out, it was clear gorgeous day but bit chilly and definitely way windy on top of the hill. My groom Dan came up along with their dog Dash (Dasher), then finally Becca arrived with her parents along side her. Ceremony started quickly knowing that guests and bride probably are freezing, Wind kept moving the cloud in and out making me change my exposure non stop. Wind blew hard, moving Becca's hair all over the place. But non the less it was sincere and beautiful wedding ceremony surrounded by nature, trees and Highland Cows Becca and Dan said their wedding vows followed by I do's. Sealing the wedding ceremony with a kiss Becca and Dan walked down the aisle quickly as possible to bundle Becca in to something warm. Amazing food, spread and hors d'oeuvres were passed out and when the sun was setting everyone made their way in to the barn for warmth and to seated for Becca and Dan's wedding reception. Gorgeous structured barn at The Farm at Glenwood Mountain is definitely not your typical too rustic and broken down barn, the barn here is new, clean, architectural and gorgeous! The owner Chef Steve even makes everyone take off their shoes if we need to enter the barn before the reception. Just like that Becca and Dan danced and partied their way into the night and it was already time for their barn fire and s'mores time outside.
